PENSIONS: LOBBYING AND BRIEFING FOR THE 2ND READING OF THE PENSIONS BILL

The second reading reading of the Public Service Pensions Bill has been re-scheduled for the 29th of October. This will involve a debate in Parliament and it’s really important that all the MPs in the South West are properly briefed and understand why these plans won’t work for the Fire & Rescue Service!

Every Member should either write to or meet their MP and raise the issues involved. To assist in this a detailed briefing note has been prepared and is attached to the link above.
